Employment Adviser vacancy at Brushstrokes

Brushstrokes is recruiting for an Employment Adviser to joining our growing employment and refugee resettlement service.

Salary:  £22539 – £23195 per annum

Location : Smethwick

Closing date: 16^th June 2022

The Employment Adviser will provide employment support for new refugees, create employment action plans, providing advice, training and support to enable individuals to move into employment, education and training. Building links with local employers, providers of volunteer opportunities, training providers and a team of volunteer mentors the postholder will help create supportive and sustainable routes into employment and training.
