We are looking for a full time
Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 per annum | Working Hours: 37 hours per week (33 hours on the Family Matters Project) | Location: West Bromwich, B70 9SJ | Contract Length: Until August 2020 (potential extension subject to funding)
Sandwell Consortium are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Project Officer whose role will be to help manage and support effective, efficient and high quality programme and project service delivery of employment support, ESOL, Advice and other community based services across Sandwell and the Black Country to those most in need and hardest to reach.
In particular we are looking for someone to support the management of Big Lottery & European funded Building Better Opportunities, Bridges and Family Matters, employment support programmes and Sandwell Council funded ESOL and Advice programmes.
The Consortium delivers primarily through its member organisations, and you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring member delivery. You will work closely with our delivery partners to support them to meet the monitoring and compliance responsibilities of the funders and the programmes.
We are looking for someone:
- With experience of data input and use of Management and Information Systems
- With experience of and skills in planning, helping to manage and monitor projects and programmes with a range of targets, outputs, and outcomes to time and quality standards
- With the ability to manage multiple priorities and plan workload to meet tight deadlines.
- Who is self-motivated, flexible, an excellent communicator, and used to working in multi-disciplinary – multi agency partnerships.
